Beginning his career as a software developer, he later founded the company and successfully transitioned into business consulting and solution sales, helping organisations adopt technology that delivers measurable business value. As Founder he provides strategic leadership, cultivates key client relationships, and shapes the company’s long-term vision. His unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and decades of industry experience has enabled the company to build a strong reputation for delivering successful ERP and CRM solutions across diverse industries.

Principal Consultant

Qualification: Master’s Degree, Business Administration

Brings over 30 years of experience in enterprise business applications, ERP and CRM consulting, and digital transformation, with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. As Principal Consultant and Head of Consulting, she provides leadership across the entire consulting organisation, overseeing project delivery, solution quality, consulting methodologies, and team development. She has led numerous enterprise implementation projects involving business process optimisation, solution strategy, implementation governance, and executive stakeholder engagement across multiple industries. Chief Technology Officer

Qualification: Master’s Degree, Chemistry

Coming from a background in the tech industry, Dustin has more than 6 years of experience working in Software Development, Data Science, Data Engineering, ML Engineering, and more. He has expertise in automation, building ETL pipelines, training AI foundation models, and developing data tools and infrastructure. With this, he is able to steer the strategic directions of the company and projects therein as well as spearhead the creation of new products and services.

Possesses more than 20 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, specialising in Microsoft business applications and digital transformation solutions. As Sales Director, he is responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and leading solution sales engagements across ERP, CRM, and cloud technologies. His expertise spans solution consulting, executive stakeholder engagement, account management, contract negotiations, and the development of long-term client partnerships across a diverse range of industries.

Possesses 25 years of IT industry experience, including 22 years delivering Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, having started his career in enterprise software development before specialising in ERP implementation and consulting. Throughout his career, he has led numerous ERP projects covering solution architecture, business process optimisation, implementation strategy, systems integration, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support. With extensive experience across the distribution, retail, manufacturing, and professional services industries, he has successfully guided organisations through complex digital transformation initiatives while ensuring solutions align with business objectives. His combination of technical knowledge, implementation expertise, and project leadership enables him to deliver ERP solutions that are both practical and strategically aligned with client needs.

Brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise business applications and has been with ML IT Partners since its inception. Beginning her career as a programmer, she subsequently transitioned into business application consulting and implementation, building extensive experience across Microsoft Dynamics GP and later Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. As Project Manager, she draws on her strong technical foundation, functional knowledge, and implementation experience to manage projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle, coordinating project teams, managing timelines and deliverables, and engaging closely with key stakeholders. Her long-standing experience with ML IT Partners and deep understanding of business applications enable her to effectively bridge business requirements and solution delivery, helping ensure projects are implemented successfully and aligned with client objectives.

Possesses more than 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, and enterprise application development, specialising in the design, implementation, and customisation of Microsoft business applications. As CRM Team Lead, he provides technical leadership across CRM projects, guiding development teams and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. He has led the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service solutions across multiple industries, while developing custom applications, integrations, workflow automation, and platform extensions using Microsoft technologies and other mainstream programming languages. His combination of technical expertise and solution delivery experience enables organisations to streamline customer engagement processes and accelerate their digital transformation initiatives.
