We are an established IT Solution Provider, certified Microsoft Partner and Certified IBM Partner. We are currently expanding our sales team and are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join us.
Currently, we have three vacancies
SALES EXECUTIVES (2)
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing clients' account by building strong relationships
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Sourcing for new clients and expand current customer database.
- To improve company's HR Management System's sales by creating demands through viable marketing strategy e.g. exhibitions, mailers, or seminars.
- Prepare report and analysis on weekly sales and monthly sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM Holder. Diploma / IT related fields / Experience in HR related matters.
- Passionate, enthusiastic and self-driven.
- Strong drive and self-interest to learn technical and platform technology
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good working knowledge / experience in selling IT hardware and software products are an advantage.
- Required language(s): English.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Relevant sales and marketing experience with proven track record advantageous.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Be coachable.
- Willing to take ownership of appraisal and self development activities.
- Should be a team player and target oriented.
Candidates without the above qualification but with working experience in HR as well as Business & Marketing fields are encouraged to apply
Remuneration: Basic (including Socso and EPF) + Allowance + Commission. The remuneration package will commensurate with work experience.
TELEMARKETEER (1)
Responsibilities
- Primarily in charged to make outbound sales calls to clients and potential sales prospects with follow ups via telephone, email.
- Promote IT Solutions and services offered by the Company through outbound sales calls to clients and potential prospects, with follow ups via telephone calls, emails, postal delivery.
- To take inbound sales calls, listen and do a preliminary assessment of customers' needs and wants via telephone and email and to pass over information to sales team for further follow ups.
- Building business and relationships with key and new accounts to achieve the forecasted sales revenue
- Provide excellent customer service via telemarketing services.
- Make calls to introduce and promote the Company and project a professional image at all times to the customers
- Manage call statistics, service levels, call quality and ensure accuracy of daily tracking report
Skills Required
- Experience in ICT sales is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, tele communication, listening and consultative selling skills
- Ability to speak fluently and write proficiently in English is required.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin, Cantonese and other languages would be an added advantage
- Pleasant, enthusiastic, influential and sociable
